HOSTEL LA VIA SILENTE
The Hostel Silente Km 9 is located in Velina, 9 km from Castelnuovo Cilento, the starting point of the Via Silente in the Cilento, Vallo di Diano, and Alburni National Park. This facility, the first dedicated to the cycle touring route, is situated next to the information point and is hosted in the oldest house in Velina.
The hostel offers a spacious dormitory with 20 beds, two bathrooms with showers, a kitchen available to guests, a reading corner, and a large terrace used as a relaxation area, also serving breakfast to cyclists.
But the hostel is not just an accommodation facility; it is a meeting and exchange place for those about to leave and those who have just returned from a long journey in the Cilento territory. Here, a community of travelers is created, sharing stories, advice, hospitality, and friendship. It is the ideal starting point and a place to return to after adventures in Cilento.
